We attach particular importance to the quality of goods sold in the Store.
The manufacturer’s warranty applies to all goods sold in the VeraFashion Store.
Detailed warranty conditions can be found in the Store’s Regulations, point 7.
How to advertise the goods?
If the product is advertised, the Customer is obliged to deliver the product to the Store’s address.
Complaints are considered within 14 days of receiving the package with the goods returned by the Customer. After accepting the complaint, the Store will send the Customer full-fledged goods (repaired or replaced with a new one), and if this is not possible, it will return the equivalent price of the product or propose other goods from the offer.
The customer has the right to lodge a complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase, provided that he notifies the Store of the defect within two months of confirming the non-compliance of the goods with the contract.
